STANDARD VERSION – 10 MM CELLULAR POLYCARBONATE
It is a lightweight and rigid material with very good mechanical and insulating properties. An excellent alternative to glass. Polycarbonate has a UV filter so it is protected from the effects associated with solar radiation.
PREMIUM VERSION – 4 MM SOLID POLYCARBONATE
A light-permeable material, combining very good mechanical strength and thermal resistance. It has a very high impact strength, 200 – 300 times greater than standard glass. Weatherproof and protected against harmful UV rays.
The rails are made of aluminium alloy and are anodised for protection against the external conditions. Equipped with an anti-slip system. The 16 mm high streamlined guides will ensure safe use of the pool area. The running rails are extended as standard to slide all modules out of the pool and allow free use of the sun while swimming.
There are additional sealing rubbers between the sections. Warm air does not escape and external precipitation and dirt do not enter the pool. An approx. 10 cm high flexible rubber is fitted in the end walls to allow protruding elements (e.g. the pool frame) to be bypassed when moving.
The sections are fitted with a heavy-duty roller bearing system (double-sided bearings) to ensure that each section slides easily along the guides. Moreover, each module is equipped with “WIND STOP” protection to prevent the section from being lifted by the wind.
Innovative sliding side door. These provides the opportunity to enter the pool freely. Doors fitted with a handle with key-operated lock prevent unintended opening. Door can be fitted on either the right or left side in the largest module.
A series of aluminium profiles designed for demanding applications. The base section takes into account additional reinforcements. The high-quality alloy provides high stability and strength. Thanks to their innovative geometry, the profiles are suitable for carrying high loads. Powder coating provides the best protection for the component against external factors. Profiles available in silver (RAL 9006) and anthracite (RAL 7016).
Each section is equipped with an individual module position locking pin. Thanks to an additional section position lock, the canopy will not move on its own with gusts of wind.
