SAFETY COVERS: STANDARD AND TUBE

We offer safety covers in two versions: ‘Standard’ and ‘Tube’ safety covers. Both ‘Standard’ and ‘Tube’ safety covers meet the safety requirements of the French NF P 90-308 standard.

The safety cover is made of a highly durable PVC-coated polyester fabric, the fabric is antibacterial and UV-resistant. The thickness of the fabric is 580 g/m2. The fabric retains its temperature resistance from -30° to +70°C and is a year-round material. Anodised aluminium support profiles are used as reinforcement. The pipe profiles have a section of Ø 45 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm.

Safety cover systems are manufactured according to the dimensions of the rectangular-shaped pool. For round and oval pools, we cut the cover in the shape of an octagon. The safety cover is offered in the following colours: light grey, dark grey, blue, vanilla and ice white. Moreover, we offer various types of side mounts, which are useful in strong winds, improving the security of this cover.

STANDARD TYPE SAFETY COVERS

The ‘Standard’ Safe Cover version has aluminium support tubes that are visible at the edges, lying above the fabric. In the middle section, the tubes lie under the fabric and are invisible. On the underside, additional plastic strips protect the edge of the pool.

TUBE TYPE SAFETY COVERS

With the ‘Tube’ safety cover variant, the support tubes lie along their entire length above the fabric and are welded along their entire length in the fabric overlap, making them invisible. On the underside, plastic protection strips are fixed to secure the edge of the pool.
